The Company is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide via the career site and for the personal data which the Company gathers about you during the recruitment process, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), GDPR.
Gathering and processing of personal data
The data you provide when submitting a job application is processed by the Company in the system REKRY. The data is accessible for recruiting managers and HR professionals within the Company. Your candidate profile may be subject to different recruitment processes if you have submitted an open application, if you have applied for a specific position or if you have given your approval to be contacted about other positions.
Purposes of processing Personal data
The Company uses your data for the purpose of manage recruitment processes and your job application. Your personal data and candidate profile is moreover stored after the recruitment processes are completed, with the purpose to secure that the Company can investigate any potential dispute or case regarding alleged discrimination.

Consent from the registered
By submitting an application though the Company’s career site you give the Company consent to process your personal data for the purposes stated above. By submitting an application though the Company’s career site you also give the Company consent to register data about you that the Company collects during the recruitment process, e.g. through interviews and reference checks.
Processing outside of EU/EES
The registered personal data may be processed outside of the EU/EES.
Time period for storing personal data
Personal data will be stored and processed by us for as long as the Company consider it necessary for the purposes mentioned in this policy, but maximum for a time period of two years, as the Company has activated automatic deletion for all applications two years after submission.

You have a right to, without charges; obtain a transcript with information about your personal data that the Company process. The request should be sent to email@example.com

Transfer of personal data to third parties
