ABOUT THE ROLE
At Fjällräven, we believe in building strong relationships with our community, online and offline. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will shape the journeys that connect Forever Fjällräven Club members and newsletter subscribers to our brand, ensuring every automated interaction supports both commercial goals and long-term engagement.
You will work within the Digital Marketing and CRM team, collaborating closely with CRM, e-commerce, creative, and digital teams, reporting to the Marketing Automation Lead. You will have ownership of building, testing, and optimizing automated campaigns while ensuring consistent execution across markets.
This is a full-time consulting position until end of the year.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Build, test, and deploy automated customer journeys for Forever Fjällräven Club members and newsletter subscribers.
Track and analyse campaign and journey performance, optimize workflows, and produce actionable insights.
Plan and execute A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Segment audiences based on campaign objectives and troubleshoot workflow or data issues.
Maintain existing platform integrations and support new integrations when needed.
Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure automation supports loyalty and retention objectives.
Work with the creative team to secure content aligned with Fjällräven’s brand and storytelling.
Ensure all programs comply with GDPR, opt-out regulations, and best practices.
Identify performance gaps and opportunities, from messaging and deliverability to segmentation and revenue growth.
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match if you:
Have a university degree or postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty, E-commerce, or similar.
Bring 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, or loyalty, ideally in a premium or lifestyle brand.
Have hands-on experience building, executing, and optimizing automated customer journeys; experience with Marigold is a plus.
Work confidently with data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Understand GDPR, consent management, and email marketing compliance.
Are experienced with A/B testing and experimentation.
Have proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
Are comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global, multicultural environment.
Have a genuine interest in the outdoors and can translate that passion into engaging email storytelling.
Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
