Junior Key Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Junior Key Account Manager, you will work closely with selected international wholesale accounts and online marketplaces, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting business growth through data and analysis.
This role plays a key part in ensuring our international accounts operate efficiently and our brand is represented consistently across markets. By combining operational execution with data-driven insights, you’ll support decisions that drive growth and strengthen relationships with key partners.
You will report to the Key Account Director and collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support commercial and operational execution for selected international wholesale accounts and online marketplaces, including order management, deliveries, and product data updates.
Assist on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring all assets and content meet brand standards.
Track and analyse sales performance, stock coverage to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to meet account needs and shared brand objectives.
Contribute to account and business development initiatives.
Support administrative tasks including forecasts, order tracking, and basic budget follow-up.
Represent the brand in all interactions, maintaining a professional and inspiring presence.
WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER
High-quality execution across key accounts including products, product data, launches and campaigns
Commercial visibility is tracked in reliable reports and shared with the team
Strong cross-functional coordination
Growing and well-managed partner relationships
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business, sales, e-commerce, or commercial operation
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable navigating multiple systems
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions
Organized, proactive, and resourceful, able to manage priorities and tackle challenges independently
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Team player who contributes to a positive, solution-oriented environment
Belief in delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint
