The Sales Manager will use the showrooms of Mainhausen and Munich, based on customer needs.
THE ROLE:
The Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) works on the field for customer service of a regional area and clearly defined customer groups. He/she is responsible for developing customers and brand position in his/her area, working in interaction with the Head of Sales to achieve sales goals.
In return, he/she receives specifications that must be met. With his actions, he makes a significant contribution to the development of FJÄLLRÄVEN as the most sustainable and strongest premium brand in his area.
The Regional Sales Manager takes over organizational tasks in sales and merchandise sales. He/she decides on sales methods and, also, on the corresponding sales channels, always based on specifications or strategies. He/she is also responsible for coordinating the delivery and for cost statements. The Regional Sales Manager usually works with the Customer Service and Marketing department. He/she lives in his area, knows the area and customers and is therefore in intensive contact with customers.
His/her tasks include area development in accordance with the specified sales strategy for FJR GER, the management of customers based in the sales area as well as ensuring implemented seasonal merchandising and trade marketing plans in the stores, as well as product training and support of customer promotions – often as an interface between the various departments such as marketing, inside sales and reclaim service.
These tasks should be supplemented with an independent, structured and organized way of working.

• Sales planning and target control
• Inventory regulation
• Coordinating and executing of marketing and sales activities
• Management and control of the allocated regional budget
• Market and position monitoring
• Clarification of due dates (cash flow)
• Creation of regular reports (weekly/monthly)
• Acquisition and development of new customers
• Contract negotiation in alignment with the Head of Sales
