Fjällräven is looking for a skilled marketing professional to join our team during an exciting and dynamic phase for the brand. We’re seeking someone with proven experience in purpose-driven branding within our industry. This is a parental leave cover for 7 months, offering a unique opportunity to lead Fjällrävens integrated marketing agenda and contribute meaningfully to the brand’s continued growth and transformation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Integrated Marketing Director plays a key strategic and operational role in bringing Fjällräven’s brand and campaigns to life across key markets. This leader will translate brand strategies and seasonal initiatives into holistic, 360° marketing campaigns that build awareness, deepen consideration, and drive conversion across all channels.
As the connector between global marketing strategy and local market execution, this role ensures alignment and collaboration across Brand Communications (PR & Organic Social), Partnerships & Events, Acquisition & Retention (including Loyalty), and Wholesale/Retail Marketing.
The Integrated Marketing Director will work closely with the Brand Marketing Directors, Creative Director, Creative Operations Director, Ecom Director and local marketing and sales organizations to ensure every initiative is cohesive, consumer-centric, and impactful.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead integrated campaign development from strategy to execution across owned, earned, and paid channels—ensuring all activities ladder up to brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing Directors, Creative, Product, E-commerce, Retail, and Regional Marketing & Sales teams to ensure consistent storytelling and market activation.
- Translate global brand direction into market-relevant 360 campaigns that balance global consistency with local resonance.
- Oversee campaign performance tracking and optimize marketing mix to deliver on awareness, consideration, and conversion KPIs.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across Brand Communications, Partnerships & Events, Acquisition & Retention, and Retail/Wholesale Marketing.
- Champion an integrated mindset—bridging creative storytelling and performance marketing for cohesive consumer journeys.
- Drive innovation and experimentation across emerging platforms, partnerships, and engagement opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading integrated, cross-channel campaigns for an international brand.
- Experience from retail, lifestyle or outdoor industries with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning in the sector.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills—comfortable influencing across functions and regions.
- Deep understanding of the balance between brand storytelling and performance marketing.
- Passion for sustainability and the outdoors, aligned with our values.
- Brings the ability and drive to be a source of energy and direction within the team.

This position is based in our office in Solna. Our office policy allows for one work-from-home day per week; on the remaining days we work from the office.
