Shipping Coordinator
Temporary Position - 12 months
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about logistics and global operations? We are looking for a Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to join our Fjällräven Production team and support the coordination of our shipping operations across the supply chain.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will work closely with vendors, forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure inbound shipments are booked, tracked, and delivered on time. You'll be a vital link between our vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners—keeping everything running efficiently and accurately. If you enjoy coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate information flow, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This is a temporary role for 12-months.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Managing all shipping and receiving operations in collaboration with vendors, forwarders, and warehouses.
- Assisting vendors with shipment bookings and ensuring on-time shipments.
- Keeping all shipment information up to date and accurate in all relevant systems.
- Acting as a key point of contact for shipment-related queries across the organization.
- Processing invoices and securing shipping documents in compliance with regulations.
- Planning of shipment modes in cooperation with transport and operations team.
- Handling customs-related documentation and assisting warehouses with customs inquiries.
- Supporting Finance during mid-year and year-end audits.
- Preparing weekly and monthly shipment reports.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a collaborative, solution-oriented logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’re not only confident in handling the details but also comfortable engaging with people across departments.
We believe you are someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with systems like D365, freight forwarder portals, Power BI or QlikView
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills
