ABOUT THE ROLE
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of Fjällräven in your region. Your mission is to strengthen our premium brand position and grow market share by building lasting customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our products are represented in the best possible way.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing to bring our sales strategy to life. With your structured and independent way of working, you will make a significant contribution to establishing Fjällräven as the most sustainable and trusted premium outdoor brand in your area.
This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who knows the region and its customers, and thrives on direct contact and collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drive product sales and expand our regional market share.
- Actively support and develop existing customers while acquiring new ones.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve regional sales targets
- Coordinate seasonal merchandising, trade marketing, and customer promotions.
- Deliver engaging product training to retail partners and staff.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and regular reporting (weekly/monthly).
- Oversee showroom set-up in Hamburg and ensure seasonal presentation.
- Negotiate contracts in close alignment with the Head of Sales.
- Monitor market trends and brand positioning in your area.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
- Sales expertise, ideally in the outdoor or sporting goods industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A confident, service-oriented personality with high commitment and responsibility.
- Organized, structured, and able to work independently.
- German at C1/native level, English at least B2.
