ABOUT THE ROLE
As Brand Marketing Director Lifestyle, you will be the driving force behind how we bring our stories to life across seasons, platforms, and regions. Working closely with our Business unit and cross functional marketing teams, you will lead the Go-To-Market strategy and campaign delivery in the area of lifestyle. You will play a key role in shaping our seasonal brand calendar, align global marketing efforts with business goals, and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- In close collaboration with our Business unit teams, take the lead in end-to-end GTM planning for the Fjällräven lifestyle assortment.
- Build the seasonal brand calendar in close partnership with internal teams, aligning product drops, creative storytelling, and campaign timelines.
- Craft compelling seasonal creative briefs and sign off campaign creative for lifestyle assortment to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
- Partner closely with the Integrated Marketing Director to build and deliver multi-channel campaigns that genuinely connect with consumers and bring our lifestyle to life across all touchpoints.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor the performance of brand marketing campaigns to make sure we are always on the trail.
- Turn insight into impact by leading our Insights & Analytics Manager in shaping data-driven strategies.
- Act as a source of inspiration and guidance, helping teams and partners bring ideas to life with purpose and precision.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across product, sales, creative, and digital teams.

- Measurable growth in brand impact and sales across lifestyle channels.
WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within lifestyle, sports or outdoor lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record in campaign development, GTM planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Fluent in English: Other languages are a plus.
