Global Marketing Project Manager & Producer
Are you a detail-driven project manager with a passion for bringing creative ideas to life? Fjällräven is looking for a Marketing Project Manager and Producer to guide and manage the creative campaign processes & projects through to delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Global Marketing Project Manager and Producer, you’ll play a key role in driving project success across global and regional campaigns. Your strength lies in structuring processes, executional focused and ensuring we deliver on scope across all touchpoints and timelines.
This position is based at our office in Solna.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own and lead assigned projects and take responsibility for tracking progress, blockers, and deliverables to ensure workflows follow process, schedule and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans that include scope, timeline, budget, channel mapping, and resource allocation.
- Take responsibility for coordinating and delivering complete briefs with clear deliverables and coordinate and facilitate feedback and approval cycles.
- Manage day-to-day coordination between creative teams and stakeholders to plan and allocate resources by using the Project Management tool & process.
- Work closely with key stakeholders as the go-to-person for the marketing team, eCom, Global Sustainability team, product teams and external partners and agencies to ensure seamless communication and efficiency.
- Lead project meetings, ensure regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain transparency in workflows and decision-making.
- Manage smaller productions from planning the details to wrapping up the final edits including managing logistics for shoots and asset creation including source and book talent, vendors, and locations.
- Ensure production stays on-brand and on-budget and deliver final files according to requirements and schedule.
- Handle real-world execution of creative vision.
- Help bring campaigns to life by overseeing media specs, formats, translations, and ensuring every creative piece fits each channel.
- Partner closely with senior creative project managers to ensure our creative work reflects and supports the company’s wider brand vision and strategic goals.
- Play a key role in improving processes and structures to support both the growth of the creative department and the efficiency of translations.

You bring an excellent understanding of how creative teams work and know how to guide them along the path towards deadlines, always keeping the inspiration high. When navigating complex situations, you remain confident, and you find motivation from working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, business, or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Production Manager— preferably from an agency or in-house marketing department.
- You’ve led successful, cross-channel campaigns, ideally for brands rooted in the outdoors, lifestyle, or apparel- with a strong focus on digital and social channels.
- Deep understanding of media specifications and end-to-end delivery of assets across both digital and physical platforms.
- Skilled at leading photo and video productions, particularly small-scale or studio-based shoots.
- The ability to bring teams together and keep creative workflows running smoothly—from first idea to final delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and align teams towards common goals.
- Fluent in English; Swedish or other languages are a strong advantage.
