HR Business Partner – Brands and Global Sales Nordics (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a HR Business Partner, you will be the HR go-to person for managers and employees in our internal brands organization — Fjällräven, Tierra, Hanwag, and Royal Robbins — as well as the Global Sales division in the Nordics.
You will develop and anchor the HR agenda in your assigned business units, working both strategically and hands-on to ensure our HR strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently.
This is a full-time position based at our office in Solna, Stockholm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive and execute HR initiatives within your business units.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters including team and organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and labor law.
- Create, implement, and monitor processes related to recruitment, engagement, performance management, and salary review.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, guidelines, and employee handbooks, and educate stakeholders on their use.
- Serve as the go-to HR contact for staff needing employment-related support.
- Collaborate closely with the global HR community across the group.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic and operational HR role.
- Proven track record in advising and coaching managers and employees.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience applying legal and union regulations to real-world cases.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently in complex, evolving environments.
- High integrity and strong relationship-building skills.
