Copywriter Consultant
Are you an experienced product copywriter with a sharp eye for detail and passion for the great outdoors? Fjällräven is currently looking for a Copywriter Consultant to support our Global Marketing team in delivering high-quality and on-brand product content.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our products to life reflecting our values of sustainability, functionality, and timeless design. You will be part of a passionate, cross-functional marketing team focused on creating an engaging customer experience across multiple channels. This is a part-time consulting position, expected to increase to around 50%, based at our office in Solna.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Write and edit clear, accurate, and engaging product copy for eCommerce, hangtags, B2B materials, and digital platforms.
- Translate technical product details into user-friendly language.
- Ensure product content follows SEO best practices and is optimized for digital use.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product Designers, Buyers, and Marketing Leads to ensure aligned product communication.
- Attend product meetings to gather key insights for content creation.
- Support other copy needs within the Global Activation Team and Global Creative Operations during peak periods.
- Take ownership of revisions and feedback loops, ensuring clarity and consistency across all content.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices in storytelling and product-focused content.
WHO YOU ARE
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you bring the following experience and mindset
- Education in Copywriting, Journalism, English, Communications or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a Digital Content Creator or Editorial Copywriter, either in-house or agency.
- Skilled in writing for both technical and marketing audiences.
- Experience in the textiles, outdoor, or lifestyle industries is highly valued.
- Native or fluent English speaker; fluency in Swedish is a bonus.
- Comfortable working with SEO best practices and how to apply them in content.
- Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and developing engaging, informative product messaging.
- Detail-oriented and brand-driven, with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Curious by nature, with a love for digging into the details and learning how things work — whether it’s product features or new tools.
