ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Global CRM & Loyalty Specialist, you will take on the day-to-day operational responsibilities of Fjällräven’s loyalty program, ensuring seamless execution and enhancement of customer relationships. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, manage CRM campaigns, and contribute to the development of personalized customer communications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Global CRM & loyalty Manager in overseeing the global operations of Fjällräven’s loyalty program, in EU and North-America.
- Manage and update loyalty program benefits.
- Plan and execute CRM and loyalty-campaigns aligned with the seasonal calendar.
- Serve as the operational coordinator across Fenix Outdoor departments, including Customer Service, Marketing, DTC Sales Channels and Tech.
- Handle operational queries related to loyalty-vendors and support services.
- Contribute to the development of personalized customer communication and campaign strategies.
- Ensure alignment and delivery of CRM and loyalty initiatives across different markets.
- Act as the superuser of the loyalty program tool.
- Support in setting KPIs and driving initiatives to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable CRM & loyalty specialist who is passionate about fostering customer relationships and optimizing loyalty programs. You enjoy working cross-functionally and have strong project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business Administration or similar with CRM/loyalty specialization or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience managing loyalty programs and CRM campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage CRM tools and systems.
- Knowledge of customer personalization flows across online and offline channels.
- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment.
- Project management experience.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish; German is a strong advantage.
