About The Role
The Purchase Administrator role is vital to Fjällräven's business transformation, ensuring efficient and accurate purchasing processes. This position focuses on optimizing product data integration across systems like PLM and ERP, enabling smooth workflows and timely orders. It plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across teams to support Fjällräven’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage product data in the AX ERP system, including creating products, generating purchase orders, and ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure product data is synchronized between Centric (PLM) and inRiver systems.
- Track and meet deadlines to align with company plans and objectives.
- Register, extract, and compile product information in PLM (Centric) and ERP systems, maintaining up-to-date and accurate data.
- Book and manage orders accurately across multiple ERP systems.
Who You Are
We’re seeking a dynamic individual who:
- Have relevant and documented education.
- Bring essential experience with Centric (PLM) systems.
- Possess required experience with AX09/12 and Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Show interest in outdoor products and the textile industry.
- Demonstrate a passion for sustainability.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have excellent communication skills.
